Creamy Breakfast Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 large frozen banana – sliced/chopped
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp sugar
3-4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately!
Serving size 1-2

I LOVED this recipe! So Simple & the ingredients arent expensive.
Since this recipe calls for vanilla yogurt, I omitted the sugar. It had enough flavor without it & I never add sugar to my smoothies.
Also, if you want it thicker, add a few more ice cubes!
